Return / Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us you may return it to us, within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been used we will refund the entire purchase price excluding the cost of postage or alternatively we will exchange the item for you.

If your order is returned damaged, not in the original packaging or used, we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss.

If we have delivered incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us at sales@exquisitehandmadefinds.com and we will assist you in the return of the item.
