Turnaround time

As our products are uniquely tailored and customised to your needs and requests, we aim to turn around your orders within 3 to 6 weeks of receipt of the order.  However, if this is not possible, we will notify you via email.

Delivery and Charges

All items will posted to one (1) local Singapore address via mail free of postage charges or via courier/Smartpac tracked delivery at a flat rate of SGD5.00 as stated in your order.  For unsuccessful delivery to your address as stated, the package will be returned to us.  Your order may be re-processed subject to an administrative fee of SGD2.00 as well as any postage or courier charges.  Exquisite Handmade Finds reserves the right to refuse delivery if any amount owing to us is not paid in full or if there are any other reasons preventing us from carrying out the delivery. The risk of loss lies with you during the course of the delivery of the items.

We reserve the right to refuse orders which we find to be offensive, defamatory, obscene or in violation of any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
